Enrico went into restaurants — managing some of the best-known spots in Hollywood, then opening two of his own in Los Angeles. He spent two decades at the highest levels of the industry, learning every corner of what it takes to run a place you're proud of. Keith went into technology and IT management — building systems, solving problems, making the complex feel simple.

After 20 years apart, they arrived at the same realization from different angles: hospitality owners were spending half their time on work that had nothing to do with food. Hiring. Invoices.
